Frequently asked questions

Squadli is currently rolling out to teams as it gets ready for more coaches. If your club already uses it, your Admin invites you by email and you set a password to get in. If you don't have a team on Squadli yet, register your interest and we'll be in touch when it's ready for yours.

Pricing isn't set yet - Squadli is still in early access. Register your interest and we'll let you know what's on offer, and when, before you're asked to pay anything.

Up to four coaches per Squad on the current plan, all working from the same live picture - Availability, Squads, Attendance, Match Reports, Training and Stats.

This mostly happens on iPhone. Tapping the button can open your web browser instead of the Squadli app on your home screen, so setting your password there doesn't carry across to the app icon you actually use. Every invite and reset email also includes a plain code for exactly this - open Squadli from your home screen, tap Have an invite code? on the sign-in screen, and enter the code from your email instead of tapping the button.

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email - we'll send you a code. Type the code straight back into the app rather than relying on the emailed link, especially on iPhone (see above for why).

Any phone, tablet or laptop with a modern browser - iPhone, Android, or a computer on the touchline or at home. It installs straight to your home screen like a normal app on phone or tablet, and your data stays in sync wherever you sign in. On iPhone there's no automatic install prompt, so add it manually: tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android your browser will usually prompt you to install it automatically, and Squadli will soon be on the Google Play Store too. On a laptop or desktop, just sign in at app.squadli.app - no install needed.
